Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, VRSE products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Because VRSE is a consumable product, opened tins cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at henry@vrseenergy.com and we'll make it right.

To start a return, contact henry@vrseenergy.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and issue the approved refund to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
